O R D E R

Seeking cancellation of the impugned notice dated 03.07.2015, by which the petitioner was asked to appear for an enquiry on a request said to have made by one Mr.Kollapuri, S/o.Vaidyanathan, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.The order impugned is only a notice asking the petitioner to come for an enquiry. Thus, the petitioner cannot invoke the discretion of the extraordinary jurisdiction of this Court, instead of appearing before the respondent and putting forth his case. Further, the petitioner has not impleaded the said Kollapuri as party respondent.

3.Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to appear before the respondent and also give a detailed reply. The respondent is directed to issue fresh notice to the petitioner, if no final order is passed already. On the appearance of the petitioner, the respondent shall furnish a copy of the petition dated 18.12.2014 given by the said Kollapuri as well as other relevant documents, which form basis of the said request and thereafter, appropriate orders to be passed by the respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
