Learned counsel for the petitioners is present. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the deceased V.Mohan who is the father of the petitioners has two wives, Kiruthika and Kalavathi, petitioners herein in the writ miscellaneous petition, were born to the deceased V.Mohan and Eswari and they have to be impleaded as fourth and fifth respondents in W.P.No.1224 of 2016 and hence, this writ miscellaneous petition.

Satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

Registry is directed to make suitable corrections in the cause title.
