The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 2 days in filing this criminal revision against the order dated 22.01.2024 made in Crl.M.P.No.52495 of 2023 on the file of the learned X Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai.

Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondent and submitted that he has no objection for this petition being allowed.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the criminal revision, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission.
