The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the judgment of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Puducherry, in C.C.No.39 of 2011 dated 04.04.2018.

Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) takes notice for the respondent and has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.
