Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2025 thereby to shift the meter box panel from inside portion to outside of the wall and give electricity connection to additional box.

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 22.02.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for shifting of meter box panel outside the wall from the inner portion of the property and also provide an additional box.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and 2/4

considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 22.02.2025 and take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
