ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.18499 of 2019 in Crl.OP.No.28349 of 2019 dated 12.12.2019, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police twice in a month i.e., on the 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.18499 of 2019 in Crl.OP.No.28349 of 2019 dated 12.12.2019 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered. 5.

With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
