O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to comply the direction as per letter dated 10.05.2017 issued by the first respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the letter written by the first respondent to the second respondent, the second respondent has not passed any orders so far.

3.Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate taking notice for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the second respondent may be directed to conduct enquiry and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, in accordance with law.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the second respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders, in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
