ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for forbearing the respondent from preventing the petitioner to use the public jeep road on the banks of the Parabikulam-Aliyar Project Scheme Canal, Kangayam, Tiruppur District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the issuance of show cause notice, final order has been passed and hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.
