This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the disobedience and non-compliance of the order of this Court dated 08.06.2022 in W.P.No.16132 of 2021.

2.This contempt petition is closed as the respondents have reported compliance of the order of this Court dated 08.06.2022 in W.P.No.16132 of 2021 by conducting an auction today.

3.Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to challenge if such auction is conducted in the manner known to law.
