ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the 2 nd respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 09.10.2024 wherein the petitioner has sought for including her name in the legal heirship certificate of late P.Gunasekaran. 2.
Heard Mr.J.PRadeep, learned counsel for the petitioner and MR.R.Neelankandan, learned Additional Advocate General, Assisted by Mr.T.M.Rajangam, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R4.

The case of the petitioner is that she was married to one Gunasekaran and out of the marriage, three children were born. The marriage was dissolved based on the petition filed by the said Gunasekaran in HMOP No..41 of 2013 through judgement and decree dated 23.06.2014 on the file of Sub Court, Harur. The specific case of the petitioner is that thereafter the petitioner onceagain married the deceased on 25.05.2022. 4.
The grievance of the petitioner is that after the demise of her husband, her name has not been included either in the death certificate or the legal heirship certificate. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner submitted an application before the 3 rd respondent and the 3 rd respondent through proceedings dated 12.09.2024 rejected the claim made by the petitioner. The petitioner aggrieved by the same filed a revision before the 2 nd respondent and the same is pending. Therefore, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking for a direction to the 2 nd respondent to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner within the time frame.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the ground the raised by the petitioner and also the materials available on record, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd respondent to deal with the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 09.10.2024 on its own merits and and in accordance with law and conduct an enquiry among the legal heirs of the
deceased Gunasekaran and take a decision within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
