The petitioner's request for issuance of patta was rejected by the respondent nos.3 and 2. Thus, further an appeal has been filed by the petitioner seeking for patta for the remaining extent of land in Survey No.95/6A2B, Oragadam Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District. 2.Considering the pendency of the appeal, the respondent no.1 is directed to dispose of the appeal dated 27.05.2015, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondent no.1 to hear any third parties, if so required. No costs.
