ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8934 of 2020 order dated 30.06.2020, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as on date the case has been transferred to the file of the CBCID, Anti Trafficking Wing, Chennai and thereby the petitioner may be directed to appear before the present respondent.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the the CBCID, Anti Trafficking Wing, Chennai on the 1st and 3rd Monday of every month until further orders.
