This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.7(b) to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.

229983 of 2023 dated 09.10.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering both side submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the Sriperambathur police Station on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of 4 months and thereafter report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
