This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 330 days in filing the above appeal.

The first respondent is set ex parte vide batta SR.No.22457. 3.

Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel, who takes notice for the second respondent, fairly submits that she has no serious objection to the delay of 330 days being condoned subject to the condition that the petitioners forfeit interest for the delay period of 330 days.

In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the second respondent, the delay of 330 days is condoned on condition that the petitioners forfeit interest for the delay period. 5.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission. The Registry is further directed to print the name of the learned counsel for the second respondent in the cause list at the time of admission.
