The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.01.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. In the petition, it has been stated that one Krishnan, s/o.Kozhundha gounder and Chandrasekar, s/o.Muniyan came to the land of the petitioner on 10.01.2015 and abused him in a filthy language in respect of land dispute. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged the complaint on 20.01.2015. Since no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

action has been taken on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, he has come forward with the present petition. 3.I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint was enquired into in detail and the petitioner and counter petitioner are advised to approach the concerned revenue authority. He further submitted that the complaint was closed and he has also produced the closure report dated 09.02.2015 for the perusal of this Court. 5.Since the complaint was already enquired and closed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the present criminal original petition is dismissed.
