C.M.P.No.11853 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.95161 of 2015 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2393 days in paying the deficit court fee of Rs.1797/- in CMA against the MCOP No.34 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, (Speial District Judge), at Dharmapuri.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 2393 days in paying the deficit court fee is condoned.
