O R D E R
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register a case in pursuance of the petitioner's complaint dated 23.12.2013.
2. In the petition, it has been stated that as per order of the Government of Tamil Nadu, the SC and ST Community development scheme, the petitioner approached the concern authorities to borrow vehicle loan from TADCO and purchased a TATA sumo car and regularly paid the instalment without any default. One Balaji approached the petitioner and asked the TATA sumo car for daily rent of Rs.1,300/-, for which, the said Balaji has also signed in an agreement on 30.05.2013. Thereafter, the said Balaji has neither returned the car nor paid the rent properly. Therefore, the petitioner has lodged the complaint on 23.12.2013. But, till date, the respondent police has not taken any action. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.
3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the matter is appeared to be civil in nature.

4. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
5. Considering the submissions made on either side, since C.S.R.No.117 of 2014 has already been assigned on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.12.2013, this Court directs the respondent police to conduct an enquiry on the complaint of petitioner dated 23.12.2013 and dispose of the same in accordance with law, as early as possible.
6. This criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
