There is no representation for the Petitioner when the matter is called at 11.35 a.m. today.

Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the First and Second Respondents, on instructions, states that after the filing of the Writ Petition, the Petitioner had retired from service on 30.04.2017 when he attained the age of superannuation and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.
