Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to take out action in the petitioner's representation dated 10/4/2015 to the second respondent to evict the person who have encroached the Oddai poramboke in S.F.No.134/2, Pudhu Kooraipettai Cuddalore Main Road, Virudhachalam Taluk, Cuddalore District, within the time prescribed by this Court.
