ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The present writ petition is filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to issue Patta in the name of the Petitioner by mutation of Revenue records by sub-division of Patta No.4061 as per petitioner's application vide Application No.2025/0105/31/652581 and CAN No.133050629455440 dated 15.03.2025 on the file of the 3rd Respondent within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
3.It is also submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner had submitted an online application for mutation of 2/6
revenue records on 15.03.2025. The said application has not been considered by the respondents 2 and 3 till date. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has come before this Court. Hence, the writ petition. 4.At the outset, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate for respondents that the above request of petitioner would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.
5.In view of the same, taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to consider the online application dated 15.03.2025 on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and any other interested persons/rival claimants, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the application and it is 3/6
