O R D E R

This application has been filed seeking for interim injunction restraining the respondent from preventing the applicant from vacating the premises.

2. The applicant is a tenant and the respondent is the owner of the property. The contention of the applicant is that there is a dispute between the parties with regard to the payment of the rents and he is willing to vacate the premises, however, the respondent not allowed him to vacate the property. Such view of the matter, if there is any dispute with regard to the payment of rent, it is well open to the applicant to recover the same as per law.
