It is upon the patta issued to the petitioner dated 03.02.2015, a request has been made to survey the land. The petitioner is said to have purchased the land by a registered Sale Deed dated 27.01.1998. The challan to survey the land was made on 24.01.2015, followed by a legal notice dated 22.04.2015. As there was no response thereafter, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Considering the same, a direction is issued to the respondent no.2 to dispose of the application of the petitioner to survey the land, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the respondent no.2 to hear any third parties, if so required. No costs.
