A.Nos.3110 and 3111 of 2021 have been filed by the applicants/ plaintiffs seeking to condone the delay of 110 days in filing the application to set aside the ex-parte order passed in O.A.Nos.1080 and 1081 of 2020 in C.S.No.678 of 2019.

The learned counsel for the respondents/defendants has not raised any serious objection for allowing the aforementioned applications. However, he submits that after the application to set aside the ex-parte order is numbered by the Registry, the respondents/defendants will raise all objections available to them under law in the counter affidavit to be filed by them. The said statement is recorded.

3. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of the aforementioned applications seeking for condonation of delay.

The Registry is directed to number the applications filed by the applicants /plaintiffs seeking to set aside the order passed in O.ANos.1080 and 1081 of 2020 in C.S.No.678 of 2019, if they are otherwise in order. The Registry is also directed not to list the applications in A.Nos.3109 to 3110 of 2021, while listing C.S.No.678 of 2019 and O.A.No.533 of 2021, A.Nos.3107 and 3108 of 2021 for hearing on the next hearing date as they have already been disposed of.
