The present Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking to grant leave to file Criminal Appeal against the order dated 07.03.2023 passed in S.T.C.No.1337 of 2015 by the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Salem.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed and leave is granted to the petitioner to prefer appeal.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
