O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 23.10.2024 wherein the petitioner has sought for cancellation of the TSLR entry pertaining to the subject property standing in the name of the third respondent and to incorporate the name of the petitioner in the TSLR register.

2. Heard Mr.V.Karthikeyan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the judgment and order passed by the civil Court and also the proceedings of the Tamil Nadu Housing Board dated 30.01.2024 cancelling the rectification deed executed by the third respondent, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to deal with 2/4

the representation made by the petitioner on 23.10.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after putting the third respondent on notice and final orders shall be passed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
