This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP No.7340 of 2023 to appear before the Inspector of Police, R4, Soundarapandianar Police Station, everyday at 10.30. a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
