O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.08.2020 for the offences punishable under Section 341, 294(b), 323, 324, 336, 307, 427 and 502(2) IPC, in Crime No.640 of 2020, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution as per the defacto complainant one Karthik is that on 25.08.2020 at about 21.30 hours, the petitioner waylaid him, abused and assaulted him with knife.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. He would further submit that mere reading of F.I.R. would show that it is a false case which has been foisted against him. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has got three previous cases and he has also executed a bond to keep good conduct, however, in violation of bond, he has indulged in this crime, however, due to violation, 122(b) invoked and he has been detained for a period of 354 days in R.C.No.118/DC/triple cane/2020.

5. Taking into consideration of the submissions so made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
