Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Declaration declaring the action of the respondent NO.2 and 5 in posting the 7th Respondent as Chief Engineer in charge by order bearing No.40471/ CS (PW-I) / A1 / 365/ 2019 - 20 dated 4.5.2021 as illegal arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the 1st respondent to take action against the 3rd respondent in his personal capacity for recommending the name of the 7th respondent for posting him as chief Engineer in charge inspite of adverse entries by way of currency of punishment and when and very community certificate is yet to be verified and further direct the 6th respondent to conclude the verification of the Schedule Tribe Certificate of the 7th respondent in terms of the directions of this Court.
