..Respondents Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, praying to direct the first and second respondents to take necessary action against the third respondent as per the representation dated 09.03.2017 and 24.10.2017 made by the petitioner herein.

O R D E R

The prayer sought for in the present petition is for direction to the first and second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.03.2017 and 24.10.2017.

2. It is the grievances of the petitioner that third respondent herein had not taken action against the offenders for charging exorbitant interest. Since the representation is as against the Sub Inspector of Police, it would be appropriate to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, after giving due opportunity to the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein.

3. Hence, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representations dated 09.03.2017 and 24.10.2017 on its own merits and pass appropriate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to produce a copy of his complaints along with this order copy to the second respondent.

With these observations, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
