ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take steps for conducting investigation on the petitioner's complaint dated 31.07.2015, which was registered as FIR No.73 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent and consequently conclude the same, within a time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.When this Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in FIR No.73 of 2015 investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is also made ready. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time for filing the said charge sheet before the concerned Court.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the third respondent is directed to file the charge sheet in FIR No.73 of 2015, pending on his file, before the concerned Court, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
