Placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 14.10.1946 on patta No.111/1947 made in favour of his father and the subsequent release deed dated 19.12.1961 in his favour, the petitioner made a representation dated 11.09.2013. An enquiry was conducted in pursuance to the order passed in W.P.No.10719 of 2014, dated 12.01.2015 and by the proceedings of the respondents dated 08.05.2015, appropriate orders have been issued.

2. The petitioner made representation dated 01.07.2015 requesting for issuance of Computerized Patta as per the proceedings in Na.Ka.3989/2014(B1), dated 08.05.2015. Since the said representation has not been disposed of, the present writ petition has been filed.

3. Taking into consideration the representation dated 01.07.2015, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks, after affording opportunity to the petitioner as well as the third party, if so required.
