The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in Crl.M.P.No.380 of 2020 on 26.08.2020 with the condition to stay at Puducherry and report before the respondent police station every day at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Hence, he prays to modify the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) submitted that the present petition for modification has been filed without approaching the Court concerned as ordered and the investigation is still pending.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court. 11.09.2020 Internet : Yes/No rri 3/4
