Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 4th respondent in connection with the impugned orders passed by him in C.No.R2/315/2015 dated 03.08.2015 (Sl.No.3300392) and quash the same and direct the respondents to conduct a fresh physical measurement test to measure the height of the petitioner and also direct the respondents to conduct the remaining the other physical

efficiency tests and further direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the subsequent stage of the selection and grant him such other further relief. For Petitioner :

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The only impediment in the way of the petitioner while seeking to get recruited as Sub Inspector in pursuance to the notification dated 08.02.2015 was the inadequate height during the Physical Endurance Test. This height was re-verified and the petitioner was found eligible and permitted to go to the next stage of Viva Voce.

2.Thus, the petitioner is entitled to the declaration of his results on merit.
