ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already filed a petition, seeking to quash the FIR and the same is pending.

3. When this matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner herein has filed 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a petition in Crl.O.P.No.5060 of 2020 for Anticipatory Bail and the same is dismissed by this Court on 13.03.2020.

4. Considering the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, whether the FIR is quashed or not does not arise and the present petition seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner is devoid of merits and the same is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
