CMP.No.9546 & 9547 of 2016 CMP.Nos.9546 & 9547 of 2016 in CMA.SR.Nos.9943 & 9949 of 2016 M.DHANDAPANI, J.

These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 42 days & 43 days in filing the respective appeals.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that the 2nd respondent in both the petitions was already set as ex-parte before the trial court.

3. In view of the above, notice to the 2nd respondent in both the petitions is dispensed with.

4. Mr.S.P.Yuvaraj, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 1st respondent in both the petitions.

5. Heard learned counsel on either side.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the respective petitions, this Court is inclined to order these petitions.

7. Accordingly these petitions are allowed. Registry is directed to number the appeals, if it is otherwise in order and post the matters for admission.
