Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.682/2009/P2, dated 09.03.2020 and subsequently, grant an appointment in forest department on the compassionate ground for the petitioner's daughter Soundarya aged about 21 years.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the proceedings of the second respondent, dated 09.03.2020 and grant an appointment to the petitioner's daughter namely, Soundarya, aged about 21 years, in the Forest Department on the compassionate grounds.

2. When the matter is taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents submits that the proposal, which was pending, has already been considered and the request for compassionate appointment is expressly rejected by the order, dated 12.09.2020. The same was also duly received by the petitioner's daughter on 03.12.2020. He further submits that if at all the petitioner is aggrieved, he has to challenge the said order.

3. In view thereof, giving such liberty to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 03.06.2024 : no 2/4
