This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint dated 26.12.2014 made by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on the complaint dated 26.12.2014 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is conducted by the second respondent.

4. Hence, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
