O R D E R

The petitioner made a representation to the first respondent on 23.12.2014 seeking information about the patta issued to various third parties and consequently, hand over the possession to his family members. On the said representation the first respondent has called for the report from the second respondent as seen in proceedings dated 28.04.2015. As no further action is forthcoming, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate final orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2014, after getting requisite report from the first respondent and after affording an opportunity to the third party if so required, within a period of eight weeks, from the date of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
