This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to comply with the directions of the 1st respondent issued vide memorandum dated 02.01.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that enquiry would be completed and orders will be passed by the 2nd respondent within a reasonable time.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry and pass orders in accordance with 2/4

law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
