[ RESPONDENTS ] Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of MANDAMUS directing the respondents to implement the decision taken in the 2nd respondent meeting dated 12.2.2001 and 27.3.2001 wherein it was decided to distribute plots to the size of 20x50 ft. at the rate of Rs.67 per sq.ft. to the members of the petitioner Association whose lands situate in Murungapakkam Village R.S.No.114/2 T.S.No.22/2 Ward-N Block-12 Pondicherry.
