ORDER

The present Application has been filed to re-adjudicate the claim petitions filed by the Applicant herein before the Respondent herein by accepting the PF Pension Payment Orders and Salary Slip of the Applicant issued by the company and other documents as proof of workmen for lodging the claim of arrears of wages, gratuity and other statutory emoluments entitled to applicants as workmen in the Sri Visalakshi Mills (P) Limited, now company in liquidation and consequently direct the Respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Deputy Official Liquidator

3. I have perused the contents of the affidavit filed by the Official Liquidator upon which the application had been made before this Court and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, I am inclined to allow this application as prayed for.
