Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties each for the like sum pursuant to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.1858 of 2021 by order dated 20.04.2021 .
