ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for contempt of the order of this Court dated 21.02.2024 made in W.P.No. 4068 of 2024.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents filed a compliance affidavit affirming that a final order has been duly passed and furthermore, tendered an apology for the delay occurred in complying with the directions of this Court.

3. The compliance affidavit dated 11.06.2026 filed by the 1st respondent is hereby taken on record.

4. Since a final order has been passed, this contempt petition is closed.

5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he is so aggrieved by the order passed by the respondents.
