O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the Crime No.303 of 2012 on the file of the S 2, Airport Police Station, St.Thomas Mount and quash the same.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.303 of 2012, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Alandur and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.928 of 2013 and after due trial, the accused was also convicted on 26.08.2013. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Since, charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.303 of 2012, now, nothing survives in this petition for adjudication. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
