O R D E R
The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 20.10.2015.
2. In the petition, it has been stated that the petitioner is running a mini mess in the name and style of ''Thangathattu Biriyani" at No.43, V.O.C.Street, Main road, Kodambakkam, Chennai. Previously, one Aasath was the owner of that mess and the petitioner and her husband were working under the said Aasath. After the petitioner started to run the Biriyani shop, the said Aasath lodged a complaint before R8 police station and threatened the petitioner to evict the shop. On 08.10.2015, the said Aasath came to the petitioner's shop and threw the vessels out from the shop. Hence, the petitioner has lodged the complaint on 20.10.2015 against the said Aasath. Since no action has been taken on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, she has come forward with the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
4. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the complaint lodged by the said Aasath, it has been stated that the petitioner owing money to him. The complaint lodged by the said Aasath has been assigned C.S.R. number as C.S.R.No.534 of 2015. He further submitted that both the complaints were enquired into in detail and the same were closed.
5. In view of the same, since the complaint lodged by the petitioner was already enquired and closed, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the present criminal original petition is dismissed. Kj Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CO) /True Copy/ Sub-Assistant Registrar To
