Prayer: The writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent herein relating to Circular No. 13/2002(PPa.2/12819/2002), dated 16.04.2002 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to register the petitioner's Educational Qualifications, viz., Diploma in Teacher Training in 2nd respondent Employment Exchange without Evaluation Certificates and pass orders.

ORDER

The petitioner prays to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent herein relating to Circular No. 13/2002(PPa.2/12819/2002), dated 16.04.2002 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to register the petitioner's Educational Qualifications, viz., Diploma in Teacher Training in 2nd respondent Employment Exchange without Evaluation Certificates and pass orders.

2. The petitioner has undergone two years training in Diploma in Teacher Education in Bharathiya Shiksh Parishad, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh which is equivalent to Diploma Course in Teacher Education in Tamilnadu.

It is the contention of the petitioner that even though detailed guidelines have been issued in this regard in G.O.Ms.No.447, Education, Science and Technology Department dated 16.07.1996 and in the circular issued by the School Education dated 12.08.1996 regarding the equivalent / qualification to Diploma Course in Teacher Education in Tamil Nadu, the second respondent namely District employment exchange, Kancheepuram refused to register her name.

4.When the matter is listed today the learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the matter has become Infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
