ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was surrendered on 20.05.2020 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Section 302 of I.P.C in Crime No.296 of 2010 in S.C.No.81 of 2012 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court) Vellore, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner had murdered wife and son in the year 2010. Further, the petitioner was arrested and enlarged on bail. When the case is pending at trial stage, the petitioner did not appear before the trial Court for hearings, the trial Court had issued NBW against the petitioner dated 30.04.2014. Further, the petitioner had voluntarily surrendered on 20.05.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is now ready to appear before the court and to abide by any stringent conditions imposed by this Court. Hence he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the occurrence was taken of the year 2010 and the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed. He further submits that all the witnesses have been examined, except the Investigation Officer. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that occurrence of the year 2010 and the charge sheet has also been filed, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
