ORDER

A Joint Compromise Memo is filed by the petitioner and the respondent intimating that the cheque dishonour dispute is settled between the parties. As per the settlement, Rs.75,000/- has been received by way of Demand Draft by the complainant/respondent. It is also agreed by the petitioner/accused that the complainant permitted to withdraw Rs.3,00,000/- deposited in the credit of C.C.No.209 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level II, Coimbatore and further sum of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited in the credit of C.A.No.290 of 2017 on the file of the IV Additional District Sessions Judge, Coimbatore District.

2. In view of the said compromise dated 27.04.2023, the revision petition is disposed of recording the compounding of offence as per the terms of the Joint Compromise Memo. The complainant, proving some 2/4

witness privately, is permitted to withdraw the money deposited in the Trial Court as well as in the Appellate Court, pursuant to the orders of this Court. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.04.2023 Internet : Yes/No Index: Yes/No Lpp To
