By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner industry is involved in the manufacture of steels rods, etc. and has been sanctioned with High Tension Service Connection in H.T.Sc.No.049094260050. Even https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

though the petitioner has already paid a sum of Rs.5,08,67,675/- towards security deposit to the respondent, the second respondent, by letter dated 21.04.2016, demanded additional security deposit of Rs.1,64,53,385/-, to be paid by the petitioner, in one lumpsum, on or before 25.05.2016. To pay the balance additional security deposit of Rs.1,09,68,915/- in ten instalments alongwith the regular current consumption charges, the petitioner has given representation to the second respondent 23.04.2016. Since the said representation has not been considered till date, the petitioner has come before this Court by way of this writ petition.

3. Heard Mr.K.Seshadri, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.K.Rameshuwar, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents.

This Court, in similar circumstances, in W.P.No.17838 of 2016 dated 12.05.2016, granted permission to the petitioner therein to pay the additional security deposit in six equal monthly instalments alongwith regular current consumption charges. Following the same, this Court also permits the petitioner to pay the balance additional security deposit in six equal monthly instalments alongwith the regular current consumption charges, commencing from second week of July 2016.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of No costs.
