A.No.6399 of 2017 in O.P.No.838 of 2017 M.M.SUNDRESH, J.

After the earlier order passed on 27.10.2017, the matter stands posted today. It appears that the Registry has failed to note the caveat and vakalat filed on behalf of the respondent. 2.On the earlier occasion, this Court has directed the applicant to deposit a sum of Rs.10,00,000/-. This Court is of the view that there is no need to waive the said condition since the same position continues insofar as the applicant is concerned. There is an award in favour of the respondent and depositing the amount will not benefit anybody. Therefore, the application stands ordered by directing the applicant to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- in favour of the respondent without prejudice to the contentions of the respective parties. 3.Resultantly, there shall be an order of interim stay subject to the compliance of the condition mentioned above. The compliance will have to be made within a period of four weeks from today. http://www.judis.nic.in
